Be part of our global community, helping to make sure that all people in rural East and West Africa have clean and sustainable sources of water. For each amount raised, 100% goes directly to the implementation of our projects.

Our Path to Clean Water.

1. We meet with people all over the world, from The Gambia, Rwanda, to the United States who are leaders in their community with a keen interest in water.

5. Each project is executed by local experts, sharing stories of the implementation and completion along the way.

Strides for Africa began with the vision to help build more resilient East and West African communities. We build long-term relationships with our in-country partners and rely on them to systematically check that each project is implemented and maintained well into the future.

2. We work together to better understand the current state of water in their community. From hydrogeological testing, to local stakeholder engagement, we devise a plan of action.

3. Photos, videos, GPS coordinates, and community visits are done to ensure we know exactly what each project needs to be successful.

6. But we’re not done! We continue to work with our partners long into the future, making sure that water projects are running efficiently and is meeting the needs of the community. Additionally, we make sure funds are set aside in a sustainability fund, that can be used for any needed future repairs.

4. And that’s where you come in! Strides for Africa shares the stories for the need of clean water projects. We fundraise with you to raise the amount needed to implement the clean water project.

7. And this is the most exciting part. Every project is completed by sharing another successful path to clean water for us all to get excited about together!
