Making an Impact Locally and Globally

We are the Middleton High School Interact Club—a passionate group of students committed to serving our community and creating global change. As part of Rotary International, we focus on impactful service projects, from local initiatives to international efforts.

This year, we’re excited to partner with Strides for Africa to fund a clean water well for Miaplay Yeezee Public School in Nimba County, Liberia. This school serves 563 students who currently lack access to safe water. Without clean water, students and their families face significant challenges, including hours spent fetching water and the health risks of unsafe sources.

We’re working to change that. Our goal is to build a well that will bring clean, safe water to Miaplay Yeezee Public School and its surrounding community, improving health, education, and opportunities for hundreds of people.

This mission reflects our dedication to service and leadership. Whether it’s participating in the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) or supporting global causes, we’re committed to making a lasting impact.
